Raymond Weil introduces the Freelancer Chronograph BI-Compax 7780 limited to just 300 pieces. Inspired by the open road and a customized motorbike crafted by the artisans of Meister Engineering. Specialist firm, Meister Engineering, a company that, comprising artisans and engineers, reimagines standard motorbikes, imbuing them with its own distinctive blend of creativity style and mechanical virtue. Creativity is at the heart of everything that Raymond Weil does, and the two-wheeled work of art inspired the Genevan watch brand to create the bronze timepiece equipped with a chronograph.
An eye-catching vintage-inspired watch, with nods to the brands customized motorbike throughout, including the inspiration for the texture of the 43.5mm bronze case. The bronze will mature and form a patina which will develop over time, the bronze oxidising means no two watches will look the same having their own unique look over time, as the bronze forms its own colouration with flecks of green and brown.
Protected by sapphire crystal glass with antiglare treatment, influenced by the motorbike’s gradient-effect paint, is a stunning smoked black dial. Two sub-dials feature on the dial and a date window sits at 6 o’clock. The rose gold applique indexes compliment the bronze case of the watch, these are also enhanced with white Super-LumiNova for increased readability. Alongside the choronograph features this timepiece also features a pulsometer scale which allows the wearer to determine heart rate.
Complete with a mechanical chronograph RW5030 movement, a mechanical movement is always a benefit, perfect for everyday wear and you will never have to worry about getting a battery change again! This timepiece has an impressive 56-hour power reserve. The skeleton design of the movement can be viewed through the sapphire crystal glass case-back.
The final touch of luxury is a brown calf leather strap, complimenting the dial perfectly. The strap is secured with a bronze folding clasp with double push-security system. Water resistant to 100m, all our Raymond Weil watches are complete with a 3-year guarantee and a watch presentation box.
